when people find that i think it takes a little bitmarcela program is something special to me becausei have a little boy playing baseballand i want to see you allparents come together and watch their kids grow and develop inat the joy of pre-game because i've been can be ruthlessbut for you to pay for hundreds of kids to get baseball instructionyou're also taken again on man who's in collegeplaying for youand also teaching himdon't forget where you came fromno question i mean part ofpart of building a great programs companiesthese young men to to understand that it'sit's not always palm up you know with palm downisrael's built on top of each otheras a team and given back is a huge part ofthe entertainingis a huge part of thatyou know people wanna learn how to hitand people and learn how to throwteaching on the eighteen that's more important than throwing itwhen it comes right down the winning games and have a great programimparted being a teammate is given backand even when you don't want to even when you're tired and even once your dayoffso its benefits but win-win situation for the playersfor the young people to come out and for myself who uh... people start of thecouncilyou consider yourself a leaderwe'll stuffwhat's leadership mediai think it starts out personally you know i start from within liveliest glamarkansas can yell screami've done about ityou'd like the truth to get outbut uh... the people that know people that are involvedthey know the truthyou know they felt like they had to make this decision in order to savethemselvesthat's pretty common in the world i hope when faced with that situationi do the right thingi hope we're not when i'm faced with situations like that the people that areinvolved in thisdo the right thing the next time because uh... that's very hurtful if it doesn'tjust hurt the person that's in moscow there's a lot of people around and itdoesn't set up well for the future the people who do that has just it's not theright thing to dowill help me better understand coachif i understand right and two thousand five xl indian seeking down on issueon the programs as far asthey get reprimandedthe school comes back and says hey ste is never going to happen againyou have to worry aboutand also an issue says whoa whoa whoa hold outwe promised we would never do this againwhat are we going to do nowanybody in their shows probably would have done what they what they didnear the scapegoat or would you look at your record over seven hundred percentwinningdo stop buying thatthat requisite three top-flight finishes in the last five yearsthree in a row packed in championshipsjust let alone what you have done with these kidsacademicallycoach people want that as much as anyhow many kids animated professional baseballhow my personnothin not that many best way to blake his you can't put a personality becausethe person doesn't go that low so if you're going to make sure when they goto issue they're going to getsome type of educationsulcus somebody throw you one of the bus this is the part that cry don'tunderstand because i believeand i've been here in this all-around not just in a statei've had people say to you with your since nineteen ninety threewould you send your kid issuewhat he has a question or we don't really like what happened here we sawwhat happened to echo chick as far as we heard sir he has all the accoladesthere's a lot of people that have accomplished unlike what anybody else'sever i don't want to change the coachand look at look at the overall coach rightyou know we've been close to know without a second and two thirds and andand we've done some amazing things butthis is a really about me missed this whole thing was aboutand then you feel good about that now you did you want to sleep feel that youknow it's not about u is that how you're able to move onlet's look at the future isn't it's it's definitely was about them in whatthey feel like they needed to dobom in someone's got to get hurt mystical you know some of that hurt andhappen to be meand although i can sit here and tell you that wasn't devastated picket saturdaythat it still is a difficult everydayuh... toughest thing in the world people want to knowthey are you really hurt me really hurt meyou knowthe thing that keeps me going is i've got to be an exemplar for that littleboyand i have to uh...pick myself up i geti got twenty five thirty years left the coach and there's gonna be a lot ofgreat things and i don't know that will ever wear national chairmanshipwe've been darn close and i have a lot to be proud ofun the situation here is was was awfulhandled awfuland you know what that will come out and it's over with nownow is how we move on how do wehow do we keep going i would put ourselves in this situationand how do we grow from it you know this is an opportunity to grow
