general clark let me turn from this
story we expected to spend all of ourtime with you tonight talking about this
but their bid to developments in the padtillman story a fiasco there's no other
word for it now in this awful reporttonightparsing through these documents obtained
by the associated press that indicatethat army investigators were denied
permission to see whether or not pattillman steps in afghanistan as an army
ranger was a deliberate franking was acase of murder even though the shots
were heard this seemingly so closetogether in his head the base they look
to the doctors on the scene that theywant to fire from only ten yards away
now i was there access denied here butthe army lawyers were congratulating
themselves in the email traffic fromkeeping this from becoming a criminal
investigation you think this case isstill wide-open absolutely and it should
bexem the evidence of some problems is
very very clearmary jo man in the drama family have
been incredibly courageous in pursuingthe truth in this and the truth is not
yet outif there's even a hint that there was
something likehomicide or murder in this case it
should've been fully investigatedand prove or disprove and we don't
really know how far arewas at the surgery defenses office was
at the white house where did the ideathat you shouldn't give any indication
of what happened to roman discord and gothrough with the burial ceremony given
the source of where did thatwhere was that idea of blessed new can
be sure that that idea did not originateor stop at the two or three star level
that was someone approve that order topbecause that gilman was a political
symbol used by the administration whenit suited their purposeswell we have assumed from the beginning
that that was exactly the same area thatthis possibility that he ishis death from friendly fire wood would
somehow affect of in some way thatneither of us is a bump everyone
understand somehow affect people'sappreciation for his patriotism and
sacrificedoes it not begin to look more more like
that that we are going wrong directionin thisthat they were not trying to protect
somethingof the something slightly negative from
coming out but in fact i needed to be aprotector in the accusation that his
mother has made and has not gotten a lotof attention to that that perhaps he was
indeed murdered where we were we're weactually underestimating what was being
covered up here is very possible we justdon't know keithhiking the responsible thing for the
pentagon intoand for the congress to do is to demand
that the investigation be re-opened andpeople all we have the chain of command
to the very top discuss what happenedwhen why we get to the facts about why
the the murder charge wasn't fullyinvestigated i looked at some of the
investigations i looked at the table atthe rear of the same i've met with the
film and family and honestly thedistance even in the investigators said
that the shots were farted less than ahundred meters an okay the light was
failinghe had a clearly recognizable silhouette
his weapon was clearly visible the typeof weapon itsit's really hard for people who
understand this the investigation needsto be re-opened and follow through his
conclusion as opposed to the rulingtoday that three-star general is likely
to be demoted and other officers will beadmonished and that's it so far general
wesley clark for spring to bring ourcommander of the nato in europeare great thanks as always uh... for
being with us sir

New Hoover Dam Bridge - Initially, I thought they were building a suspension bridge with the very high towers on both side installed and managing and installing all those expensive high quality cables, but no. In my opinon, they choose the most EXPENSIVE and unnecessary lengthy and WASTAGE way to build this bridge. Surely, it's another way to "skin a cat" - the US Bridge Authority?

The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform holds a hearing entitled "Misleading Information from the Battlefield." The hearing focuses on the death of Army Ranger Specialist Patrick Tillman in Afghanistan and the capture and rescue of Army Private Jessica Lynch in Iraq. The Committee examines why inaccurate accounts of these two incidents were disseminated, the sources and motivations for the accounts, and whether the appropriate Administration officials have been held accountable. Rep. Danny Davis questions Specialist Patrick Tillman's mother Mary Tillman about what senior military officials knew and when they knew it.
