but their bid to developments in the padtillman story a fiasco there's no other
word for it now in this awful reporttonightparsing through these documents obtained
by the associated press that indicatethat army investigators were denied
permission to see whether or not pattillman steps in afghanistan as an army
ranger was a deliberate franking was acase of murder even though the shots
were heard this seemingly so closetogether in his head the base they look
to the doctors on the scene that theywant to fire from only ten yards away
now i was there access denied here butthe army lawyers were congratulating
themselves in the email traffic fromkeeping this from becoming a criminal
investigation you think this case isstill wide-open absolutely and it should
bexem the evidence of some problems is

been incredibly courageous in pursuingthe truth in this and the truth is not
yet outif there's even a hint that there was
something likehomicide or murder in this case it
should've been fully investigatedand prove or disprove and we don't
really know how far arewas at the surgery defenses office was

that the investigation be re-opened andpeople all we have the chain of command

the the murder charge wasn't fullyinvestigated i looked at some of the
investigations i looked at the table atthe rear of the same i've met with the
film and family and honestly thedistance even in the investigators said
that the shots were farted less than ahundred meters an okay the light was

his weapon was clearly visible the typeof weapon itsit's really hard for people who
understand this the investigation needsto be re-opened and follow through his
conclusion as opposed to the rulingtoday that three-star general is likely

Kensinger has been served with a subpoena, but has not been able to be located over the past several days and will not appear. Rep. Elijah Cummings questions witnesses.
