The Sun Devils are starting the season of ranked 15th in the nation with some title hopes in mind. Palestra.net's Jason Parks talked to Jeff Pendergraph about this upcoming season.
Here is our pick to be the 6th man of the year, James Harden, tearing it up during the NBA lockout last Summer. James is averaging 18.3 Points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists a game for the Oklahoma Thunder this year.
Jahii Carson dominated the Arizona Preps Fall Showcase this past weekend. He took the showcase MVP and won the dunk contest. Jahii is a top 30 recruit in the nation and he's headed to Arizona State next year.
Check out Jahii get up in warm ups at the Elite 8 In the Desert Tourney. He was co-mvp of the event with Gabe York but shut down warm ups when he hit this eastbay (through the legs) dunk. The other 2 dunks are pretty nice as well especially for someone with a 42 in vert at 5'10
Jahii Carson and Kiwi Gardner went head to head at Arizona's Prep Showcase and turned in an epic performance. Kiwi's squad won by 20 points, with Kiwi dropping 35, including 6 threes and Jahii had over 25-30 with a bunch of dimes.
