many of you sending us pictures from pat's run but this year the race camewith a big announcement a veteran center will open in pat's name on the issuecampus this fall a place specifically set aside to provide services to theuniversity's growing in role meant veterans a_b_c_ fifteens brian web showsyou how thousands of people spent part of their day andrea our fallen soldierhereit their ownthirty thousand runners here to honor the memory of one mancarolyn about violence and they wouldn't uh... normal heard of them were in lovefor the seventh year in a row perhaps around took over the streets of tempepeople from forty eight states from all walks of lifeworking their way through four point two mile course run or walk some wearingtheir military gear to underline the pointa painful i thought i'd regard right now i thinksummit hopefully one day overseas fiber freedomcommunism was anymore because i don't know if the past someone foundation wasset up in two thousand four after his deathaway the onerous legacy and remember his commitment to leadership and servicesomething his old coach hasn't forgottenobviously but i was a big part of our organization but more importantly he wasa big part of the city in this community and i think soon over thirty thousandpeople out here supporting that's why it's importantthe finish line at the forty two yards linus and that will stadium pat soldiersin number here it is yourunning to bring honor to a fallen soldier raising money for a good causeand along the way bringing a few families a little closer togetherplanning meeting and marrying idthis one's for youbrian web abc fifteen news
