6-6, 215-pound Savon Goodman is a UNLV transfer and Philadelphia prep product. He has three years to play three seasons beginning in 2014-15. He is expected to be eligible after the 2014 fall semester.

In a statement released by ASU, Herb Sendek who has five 20-win seasons at Arizona State in eight years, he said, “Savon is extremely athletic, very versatile and can rebound. We love his athleticism and he will fit in well with our other newcomers and our returners.”

Goodman played at UNLV in 2012-13 and averaged 3.6 and 2.4 rebounds before transferring to Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa, but did not play in 2013-14.
