What a gem! A YouTube user by the name of “mgmlvks1627” has uploaded never-before-seen footage of the very first football game between ASU vs USC on October 14, 1978 in Tempe.

This was the first home game at ASU after joining the PAC-10. Against al expectations they crushed USC (rated #2) 20-7.
This is one reel of a four reel set (ASU Offense/ASU defense by half) 16mm film. My copy does not do justice to the color and sharpness of the original. We will be donating to ASU, but they do not have funds to digitize
