Pat Tillman’s Parents Discuss ‘The Tillman Story’ on Larry King Live
“… I don’t think they are very honorable people. I know they were lying. I mean, and I think that — you know, like, you know, Pat and I are talking about, you know, we feel that there could have been something else that happened to Pat but — I mean, we can’t prove it. Every bit of evidence has been destroyed. … Rumsfeld, Abizaid, Myers and Brown collectively said, ‘I don’t know, I don’t recall, I don’t remember’ about 82 times and no one on that panel pressed them. No one did their research. Neither faction of that committee.” — Pat Tillman’s mother Mary on Larry King Live

was leaving the Army's investigationinto pat's debtis another clip from the Tillman storyI just went through and blew out just
about everything they consider to be a fact and
explain to them why thatis ally and concluded by telling them
paidI have little regard for them I just
wanna tell somebody on aunbeknownst to pass seniorthe army considered the wording in his
letter to be a formal accusation ofcriminal misconductyour sheeps this automatically initiated
a new investigationby the inspector general's office he got
the silver star Pat righthe did you have that mental I do yepI have one danny has one Nick Murray has
oneshe kept those only a I'm not gettingare you what do you think the government

think that onyou know like you know up and they're
talking about you know we feel thatthere could have been something else
that happened to pat but weyou we can't prove it every bit of
evidence has been destroyedand let someone were to come forward to
tell us in new information there isn'tmuch we can dobut through the congressional hearing
the first congressional hearing we doknow that there was indeed a cover upthe oversight committee deemed that
there was butpeople dropped the ball congress stop
the ball when it came time to find outwho was actually accountablerumsfeld Abbas aide Myers and brown
collectively saidI don't know I don't recall I don't
remember about 82 timesand no one on that panel pressed them no
onedid their research neither faction that
committeeI mean there were a few very brave and
courageous people on that panel but forthe most partthey dropped the ball completely and I
think what's sad about it and no one atthat main purpose is for thisdocumentary and what are the reasons
that Iwanted to you know to republish the book
that I wroteis because this is not an isolated
incident pat is not alonethere are many soldiers who have diedin these wars and the families are like
two and it's outrageousfriendly fire is common in or was those
in perfumes ingoes back to every war reporters gonna
have friendly fire when you're outdinner platespeople guns are gone their books on it
going back to the civil war that I'mfamiliar with yeahand they have books going back to the
civil war that I'm familiar with thatsay you do not split the troopsbecause it is very dangerous but you
knowthe point that we were trying to make in
friendly fire does occurmaybe it was an accident probably was an
accident but theselling that we were handed whiz wastest and unbearable it was it was not
eventethered to a fact it so manufacturedthat made it tough to tolerate and
that's why we kept pushinghere and no one has been held
accountable whenabout this this manner
Keith Olbermann asks Wes Clark about the cover-up of Tillman's murder. Clark says orders for such a whitewash would have to come from "the very top." The Rabbit Hole on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/rabbitholenews
BAR-LEV: There's a sense that this is a story that is over. That this is something we look back on about the Bush administration. In fact, this is a story that continues to this day. Nobody's ever been called to account for their actions...This was a deliberate attempt to cover up the facts.

ESPN Nov 2009 - Marie Tillman, the wife of former Arizona cardinal and Army Ranger Pat Tillman, speaks for the first time since her husband's death from friendly fire.
The Oversight Committee holds a hearing, "The Tillman Fratricide: What the Leadership of the Defense Department Knew." The hearing is part of an ongoing investigation and follows a previous hearing held in April. Witnesses will include former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Former Commander of U.S. Central Command Gen. John P. Abizaid (Retired), Former Chair of Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers (Retired), Former Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command Gen. Bryan Douglas Brown (Retired). Gen. Kensinger has been served with a subpoena, but has not been able to be located over the past several days and will not appear. Rep. Carolyn Maloney questions witnesses.
"Only On The Web": Pat Tillman's death by friendly fire cast a shadow on the U.S. military. Katie Couric says Tillman's death is a tragedy made all the more tragic by the military's handling of it. (CBSNews.com)
Tiffany, Chrissy and Jack all ran in the 8th annual Pat's Run in Tempe, AZ. Then Bryce and Mason ran their hearts out in the Kid's Run shortly after. After a quick pit stop at home we were back out for some more fun. Bryce and his little league team joined hundreds of other little leaguers as they walked around the field at Chase Field. Then we watched as the Arizona Diamondbacks lost to the Atlanta Braves for the third straight night. And lastly I head to my brother's house for some dinner and fun but find myself in a little trouble.
