At the conclusion of the 2012 NFL draft, two Sun Devil players were officially drafted and ten others were picked up afterward via free agency.
Quarterback Brock Osweiler led the pack and was picked up in the second round with the 57th overall pick by the Denver Broncos. The next Sun Devil in line was cornerback Omar Bolden, who was also picked by the Broncos a little later in the fourth round with the 101st overall pick. Looks like John Elway had the inside track on the Sun Devils because of the time his son, Jack Elway, spent as part of the program a few years back. The Broncos might want to consider changing their colors to Maroon and Gold, because along with Brock and Omar, they also picked up Gerell Robinson through free agency. All three are very high character guys for the mile high city.

After the last player was chosen during the final round of the draft, the dominos began to fall through free agent signings. Here is a complete list of Sun Devil players and what colors they will be wearing on Sundays in 2012:

In addition to the players listed, there are still some other Sun Devils like Eddie Elder that will continue to meet with prospective teams for future work outs with the hope that they will still get signed on an active roster or practice squad.
